Abstract

The project Sexual and Gender Minorities at Work is one of the 37 EQUAL Development Partnerships launched in Finland in the spring of 2002. The project was designed to explore the situation of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people in the labour market. In this work, research played a substantial role. This report is based on the research data accumulated during the project.
